About the event
We all have one or two niche obsessions we could talk about for hours, to the delight (and occasional exhaustion) of our friends and family. So we’re organizing an evening called “Let’s Get Nerdy,” where a few of us get to do exactly that, for about 5 to 8 minutes each.
Six handpicked nerds (aren’t we all?) will each talk about a random topic they know far too much about.
Some topics we’d love to hear about:
Which bloodthirsty prince gave Dracula his name?
Why do we knock on wood, and where do our weirdest superstitions come from?
Why do we experience déjà vu?
