What is a Women's Circle?

A circle is a space for self-reflection and rest, free of judgement. The gathering will be opened by Julie Fotis, holistic therapist, who will encourage the group to connect as a sisterhood, and to share their wisdom and experiences. In addition to communing over food and (non-alcoholic) drinks, there will be calming rituals, like the burning of cleansing herbs, meditation, intention-setting, or sitting with an altar of meaningful objects. Aside from being all-female, the format isn't set in stone, but music and singing are common. The Goddess Space gatherings incorporate guided meditations, oracle cards and intention-setting. Bio dynamic Psychotherapist Fiona Arrigo, of A Place to Heal by Arrigo in West London, names women as "dreamers and creators," and encourages women to cultivate "reverence" by connecting to oneself and participating in such circles.
